We are specialised in reconstruction and restoring of the sofa, lounge chair BRUNATI model SANDWICH designed by T. Ammannati & G.P. Vitelli on 1970/79.
Our aim is to maintain the looks and aesthetics of the originals and, if necessary, improve its inner quality. While this sofa has been made with a loom and using a cold skimming foam process the restoration can be carried out in the following way (subject to a previous evaluation):
A) replacement or restoration of the covering; the covering material can be chosen from a vast collection of both modern and classical fabric and skins. We do prefer using naturally coloured aniline skins without chrome.
Fixed, not removable new cover.
B) replacement of damaged parts by inserting a new suspension steel system and a new padding using high density expanded polyurethane type SR75.
C) replacement of cushions using an inner core in Lympha 40 covered with Dacron DuPont.
Rigidity of the cushions can be modified according to your needs.
