Moroso Big Mama restoration.
We are specialised in upholster repair and complete remaking of  the MOROSO BIG MAMA sofa, armchair and pouffe, model designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini in 1992.
The aim of our work is to maintain the looks and aesthetics of the originals and, if necessary, improve its inner quality.
Subject to a previous evaluation the restoration process can be carried out in the following way:
A) replacement or restoration of the covering with a material chosen from a vast collection of skins and fabrics, both modern and classical.
If using washable fabrics before wrapping up we carry out another washing in order to avoid later possible shrinkages.
B) replacement of cushions using an inner core in Lympha 40 covered with Dacron DuPont or a Lympha 40 feather supplement. Rigidity of the cushions can be modified according to your needs.
C) setting up the loom by inserting a new suspension system using Elastbelt 780/4 belts and by replacing damaged padding using an expanded high density polyurethane type SR75.
