We are specialized in remaking and restoring the CASSINA sofa 684 model designed in 1973 by Mario Bellini.
Our aim is to maintain the looks and aesthetics of the original and, if necessary, improve its inner quality.
This sofa has a steel loom and cushions made with a cold foam skimming process.
Subject to a previous evaluation the restoration process can be carried out in the following way:
A) replacement or restoration of the covering with a material chosen from a vast collection of leathers and fabrics, both modern and classical. Fixed, non removable new cover.
B) replacement of damaged parts by inserting a new suspension steel system and a new padding using high density expanded polyurethane type SR75.
C) replacement of cushions using an inner core in Lympha 40 covered with Dacron DuPont or a Lympha 40 feather supplement. Rigidity of the cushions can be modified according to your needs.
