We are specialised in remaking and restoration of FRAU sofa, armchair and pouffe SOCRATE model.
The aim of Socrate Frau restoration is to maintain the looks and aesthetics of the originals and, if necessary, improve its inner quality.
Subject to a previous evaluation the restoration process can be carried out in the following way:
A) replacement or restoration of the covering with a material chosen from a vast skin and fabrics collection. We do prefer using naturally coloured aniline skins without chrome. Fixed, non removable covering.
B) replacement of cushions using an inner core in Lympha 40 covered with Dacron DuPont or a Lympha 40 feather supplement. Rigidity of the cushions can be modified according to your needs.
C) setting up the loom by inserting a new suspension system using Elastbelt 780/4 belts and by replacing damaged padding using an expanded high density polyurethane type SR75.
